Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 70g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix the flour with the eggs
  2. Gradually add the milk ensuring there are no lumps
  3. Give it a really good whisk to add air
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Put in the fridge to get cold
  6. Put oil in a 12 hole yorkshire tin
  7. Put in the oven to preheat for 30 minutes
  8. Take out and pour in the mixture
  9. Cook for 30 minutes
