Ingredients
- 70g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix the flour with the eggs
- Gradually add the milk ensuring there are no lumps
- Give it a really good whisk to add air
- Season with salt and pepper
- Put in the fridge to get cold
- Put oil in a 12 hole yorkshire tin
- Put in the oven to preheat for 30 minutes
- Take out and pour in the mixture
- Cook for 30 minutes
