Ingredients
- 115g unsalted butter
- 180g light brown sugar
- 275g plain flour
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 bars of Kinder Bueno (160g roughly)
- 16 bars of Kinder Chocolate
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 Celcius
- Melt the butter and then add to the sugar
- Add the egg and vanilla and combine
- Add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix until you form your cookie dough
- Add in the bueno bars and some of the kinder chocolate, you want to leave some for the top.
- Line a square 7” tray
- Push the mixture into the tin and then top with the remainder of the bueno bars
- Cook for 20 minutes
