Honey Glazed Carrots and Parsnips

Ingredients

  • 1kg Carrots
  • 1kg Parsnips
  • 4tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4tbsp Honey
  • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Herbs

Method

  1. Put the carrots and parsnips in a pan with water. Turn on the heat and cook for 10 minutes
  2. Mix together all other ingredients and coat the parsnips and carrots
  3. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes
