Ingredients
- 1kg Carrots
- 1kg Parsnips
- 4tbsp Olive Oil
- 4tbsp Honey
- 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
- Herbs
Method
- Put the carrots and parsnips in a pan with water. Turn on the heat and cook for 10 minutes
- Mix together all other ingredients and coat the parsnips and carrots
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes
