Grilled Chicken with dry rub

Ingredients

Brine

  • 1 litre Water
  • 40g Salt
  • 30g Sugar

Dry Rub

  • 1tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Granules
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsps Oregano

Meat

  • 4 Large Chicken Breasts

Method

  1. Pound each chicken breast so it is even thickness. This will make it cook evenly.
  2. Mix together the brine and place the chicken breasts into it.
  3. Leave for 30 minutes to brine. This will tenderize the meat.
  4. Cook the chicken on the grill until you reach and internal temperature of 74c.
