Ingredients
Brine
- 1 litre Water
- 40g Salt
- 30g Sugar
Dry Rub
- 1tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1tsp Garlic Granules
- 1tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Granules
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsps Oregano
Meat
- 4 Large Chicken Breasts
Method
- Pound each chicken breast so it is even thickness. This will make it cook evenly.
- Mix together the brine and place the chicken breasts into it.
- Leave for 30 minutes to brine. This will tenderize the meat.
- Cook the chicken on the grill until you reach and internal temperature of 74c.
