Ingredients
- 500g Brussels sprouts
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
- 25g Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 50g Parmesan
- 100g Streaky Bacon diced
Method
- Cook the streaky bacon until just starting to crisp
- Peel and de-stalk the sprouts, then cut them in half
- Add melted butter, oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl.
- Coat the sprouts in the the mixture and mix together
- Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan together.
- Mix in half the mixture and shake thoroughly
- Mix in the bacon and a little bit of the bacon grease and mix again
- Put the sprouts into a dish that will fit in the air fryer
- Sprinkle with the rest of the breadcrumbs and parmesan mix
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200ºC, check after 5 and mix around.
